摘要
一直以来,校方的造价工程师着重于结算审核工作,没有对工程项目进行全过程的造价控制。本文从项目全过程造价控制的5个阶段,分别论述了校方造价工程师这几个阶段中应起的作用和应注意的问题,与广大高校同行一起探讨学习和改进。
Always in the past, school s construction cost engineer paid attention to settlement auditing, not carrying out the whole-process cost control. From five stages of whole-process cost control, this paper discusses the function of school s construction cost engineer and the problems they should pay attention to in these stages, in order to study and improve together with the counterpart in colleges and universities.
