本文对于工程量清单计价模式下竣工价款结算问题谈了自己的看法:影响竣工结算有两个重要因素,一是合同款的确定,二是合同款的调整数额。后依据清单计价模式下造价组成内容,就合同款的调整从四个方面进行详细阐述。

The paper discusses the opinions about completion of settlement under bill of quantity: the determination of contract and the adjustment to amount of contract price are main factors influence construction settlement. Then it analzes price adjustion from four espects based on cost element under bill of quantity.
