摘要
本文从"重施工、轻设计"的工程造价控制误区入手,提出控制工程造价的关键是设计阶段的论点,有针对性地提出了控制造价的相应措施。
Based on the situation of more attention to construction process rather than design in cost control, the paper pointed out that design stage was the key of project cost control, and put forward some measures for dealing with it.
