随着我国商业地产的发展和城市化进程的加快,商业地产有了长足的进步,成为新的投资热点。分析了商业地产的融资新方式,以解决商业地产开发资金来源及结构等突出问题。
As the development of China s commercial real estate and the quicken urbanization,commercial real estate has made considerable progress and become a new investment hot spot. This paper analyzes the new financing way to settle the problems of the resources and structure of fund.
