This article first introduces the basic ideas of supply chain management and the profile of construction industry supply chain management and discusses the significance of developing strategic supplier partners for construction enterprises,and then it describes several factors in the development of strategic partnership as well as how to choose strategic supplier partners for construction enterprises.
