摘要
本文阐述了绩效评估的重要意义,并且依据绩效评估的主要内容和运用运用统计的方法,构建了一套系统的绩效评价指标体系。最后,通过多级模糊综合评价模型的建立,给建设工程质量政府监督机构的绩效评估提供了一个科学的定量评价方法,为促进我国政府质量监督机构的绩效管理、提高政府监督机构的运行效率提供了新思路。
