摘要
依据十七大报告,我国正在推行经济适用房制度,以解决低收入阶层买房难的问题。然而对于经济适用房要满足什么样的功能,社会各界还存在异议。通过ISM模型对建筑物的各种功能进行建模分析,并对建筑物功能的各种指标进行分级评价,为政府评价经济适用房的功能提供参考。
According to the 17th report of China,the government is implementing affordable housing system,which can help low-income groups to afford the housing. However,the determination of necessary function is still a question. The paper analyzes various features of the building through Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM),and then carries grade assessment of the indicators of building features to solve this question.
