摘要
分析高校建筑能耗存在的问题、特点,得出制约高校建筑节能的因素,提出在高校建筑节能投资机制与节能项目中引入合同能源管理模式,并建立该管理模式。论述了节能服务公司为高校建筑节能服务的内容、运作模式和工作流程。
The EPC has been introduced in investing mechanism of college building energy-saving and energy-saving projects by analyzing on the factors of college energy-saving. The model of EPC of college energy-saving has also been founded. The serving content,operation models and working process which EMCo serves for college building energysaving has been studied.
