试论业主方质量管理体系的建立与应用

Establishment and Application of Project Quality Management System of the Owner

本文通过分析业主在质量管理中容易出现的问题,综合考虑了业主在工程质量管理中的作用与角色,提出了业主建立质量管理体系的必要性,以及体系在质量形成过程中各阶段的主要质量控制内容,为业主如何在项目质量管理中发挥主导作用提供借鉴和参考。

Through analyzing the problems of owners easily to appear and considering the function and the role of owners in the project quality management,this paper proposes the essence for owners to establish project quality management system,as well as main contents of quality control in various stages of the forming process of project.,and provides reference for the owner to play a leading role in project quality management system.
