摘要
采购成本控制是EPC总承包项目管理的重要一环。通过健全采购制度、调整采购管理程序,设定合理采购预算与限价指标,选择符合要求的供应商,及时跟踪市场信息,实施动态管理,强化交货环节,以及做好物资利旧代用等控制措施,在某EPC总承包项目中取得了较好的效果。
Purchasing cost control is an important link of EPC project management. By means of perfecting purchase system,regulating the purchasing management program,setting reasonable purchasing budget and price-limiting indexes,choosing suppliers accorded with requirements,tracking market information in time,implementing dynamic management,strengthening the delivery of goods and making full use of old materials,some EPC project obtained a satisfactory effect.
