Application of Fuzzy Clustering Analysis in Construction Cost Evaluation

投资估算的精度对正确投资和控制工程寿命周期造价具有重要作用,而已建类似工程造价样本数据是影响估算精度的重要因素。为了提高投资估算的精度,应用模糊聚类分析原理对拟建工程和已建工程进行聚类分析,研究表明,在已建工程较多的情况下,可以选出相似程度较高的典型工程,提高估算精度;同时对已建工程造价资料可以进行科学的分类。

The precision of cost evaluation of investment is very important on deciding appropriate investment and the lifespan cost control of construction.
