通过分阶段结算,讨论了实行成本核算与工程施工相结合的办法,使工程处于有序的施工状态。分析了分阶段结算的资料收集、编制及其核对,总结其在施工管理中的重要作用。
According to settlement by stages,the paper discussed the method conbined cost evaluation with construction process for construction status in order. By analysis on imformation collection,complilation and check,it summarized the importance of settlement by stages in construction management.
