摘要
本文分析了总价合同、单价合同和成本补偿合同三种比较常见的工程合同计价方式下,工作内容、工程量、工程单价的风险在业主和承包商之间的分配情况,并对每种计价方式下不同合同类型的风险进行了比较,提出了业主和承包商风险管理的建议。还对风险分配的原则提出了相应的建议。
This paper analyzes three common types of construction contracts based on the terms of payment,as the lump sum contract,unit price contract and cost reimbursable contract,and the risk allocation in terms of construction scope,quantity and unit price between the employer and the contractor. It also puts forward the risk management methods for the employer and contractor and provides relevant suggestions for the risk allocation principles.
