晶内铁素体型微合金非调质钢的显微组织与力学性能 被引量:8

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of a New Kind of Intragranular Ferrite Non-quenched and Non-tempered Microalloy Steel

摘要 研制了一种新型的晶内铁素体型微合金非调质钢,并对研制钢进行了不同的热处理;用SEM、TEM、冲击试验机和硬度计等方法对研制钢的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:该钢热锻空冷后得到了大量晶内析出铁素体组织,有效地分割了原奥氏体晶粒,细化了组织(晶粒度达到7~9级),提高了钢的强度与韧性,抗拉强度为1100 MPa,冲击韧度达到62.45 J.cm-2。 A new kind of non-quenched and non-tempered microalloy steel was developed.Then the steel was heat treated by different processes.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel were studied using SEM,TEM,impacter,sclerometer and other methods.The results showed that the designed steel obtained a lot of intragranular ferrite(IGF) after hot-forging and air cooling,resulting in effective segmentation of the austenite grains and refinement of the microstructure(The grain size was grade 7-9).The stren...
