摘要
目的:探讨羟基磷灰石义眼台眼眶内植入术后前极暴露的原因,临床表现及治疗方法。方法:23例羟基磷灰石义眼台眼眶内植入术后前极暴露患者采用保守治疗和手术治疗,并进行临床观察。结果:6例保守治疗自行痊愈,7例以羊膜移植暴露区修复,6例行暴露前极切除联合自体唇黏膜移植修复成功,4例行义眼台取出。结论:羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后前极暴露范围若不超过0.8cm直径可自行修复,但大范围暴露必须进行手术治疗。
Objective:To study the etiopathogenisis,clinical manifestation,treatment of exposure of orbital hydroxyapatite implants.Methods:23 cases of exposure of orbital hydroxyapatite implants were treated with expectant and operation method.Results:6 cases recovery by expectant treatment;7cases were repaired by amniotic membrane transplanted;6 cases were repaired by lip mucosa transplantation transplanted;4 orbital hydroxyapatite implants were took out from eye sockets.Conclusion:Cases which less than 0.8 cm would ...
