彩色高频超声在甲状旁腺疾病中的应用

Colour High Frequency Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Parathyroid Disease

目的:探讨彩色高频超声(CDUS)在甲状旁腺疾病中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院从2004年2月至2008年5月间经病理证实的36例患者(39个病变)甲状旁腺疾病的超声表现。结果:39病灶中甲状旁腺腺瘤33个,甲状旁腺囊肿3个,甲状旁腺癌2个,甲状旁腺增生1个。超声诊断病变33个,误诊4个,漏诊2个,诊断符合率84.6%。结论:甲状旁腺高频超声可以比较准确诊断甲状旁腺疾病。
