经尿道前列腺电切术后再入院18例患者原因及再处理效果分析(附176例报告)

Analysis of the Reasons and the Reprocessing Effect of 18 Patients after TURP

目的:分析经尿道前列腺电切术后再入院患者的原因及再处理效果。方法:共有TURP患者176例,其中18例再入院,入院后对腺体残留或复发者行再次电切。尿道狭窄行尿道扩张尿道口切开或尿道冷切。出血行膀胱冲洗血块,电凝止血,再次电切。前列腺癌行去势术。结果:所有患者术后效果明显,2例前列腺癌患者至今仍健在。结论:针对BPH电切术后腺体残留或复发、尿道狭窄、尿道损伤、继发性出血等病因采取相应手术可取得满意效果。
