摘要
目的:探讨绝经后阴道出血的原因及诊断。方法:回顾性分析了2007年1约～2008年6约在我院门诊诊疗75例绝经后阴道出血病人的临床及病理资料。结果:75例绝经后阴道出血病人中,生殖器炎症40例(占53%),功能性子宫出血18例(占24%),恶性肿瘤8例(占11%),其他病变9例(占12%)。结论:绝经后阴道出血患者中,生殖系统感染最多,阴道流血距绝经时间越长,在恶性的可能性越大。
Objective:To detect the etiology and diagnosis of the postmenopausal bleeding(PMD).Methods:The clinical and pathologic features of 75 cases of postmenopausal bleeding were analyzed.Results:genital inflammation,functional endometrial changes and malignant tumors were accounted for 53%,24% and 11% respectively.The others was 12%.Conclusions:The Most cause of hemorrhage was genital inflammation.The aged,the longer time of postmenopausal,the greater possibility of malignant diseases would be.
