CRAMS评分及其动态变化在地震伤员急救中的应用

The Application of Dynamic CRAMS Trauma Score in Treatment of the Wounded from Earthquake

目的:探讨动态CRAMS评分法在成批地震伤员急救中的应用价值。方法:采用CRAMS评分法对1070例地震伤员的伤情严重程度作出分类判断,并观察CRAMS评分的动态变化。结果:本组伤员中轻伤(≥7分)569例,重伤(4～6分)486例,危重伤(≤3分)15例,CRAMS分值越低,死亡率越高,重伤组需要急诊手术干预的比例明显高于轻伤组。CRAMS分值升高,提示病情趋于稳定,分值降低,提示病情恶化。结论:CRAMS评分能较好的反映损伤严重程度和伤情,对成批地震伤员的救治有重要指导意义,其分值的动态变化有助于医务人员及时判定伤情,调整治疗方案。
