干扰素治疗乙脑临床效果研究

Therapeutic Effect of Interferon in Epidemic Encephalitis B

目的:探讨干扰素治疗乙脑的效果。方法:将65例乙脑患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予干扰素100～300万单位,肌肉注射,每日1次共3次;对照组给予中西医结合治疗(未予以抗病毒),观察乙脑患者症状、体征变化。结果:治疗组患者症状、体征恢复所用时间明显优于对照组,结论:干扰素可以抑制乙脑病毒复制,减轻病毒血症,消除乙脑患者的脑细胞炎症,促进脑细胞恢复。
