吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的观察及护理

Gemcitabine and Oxaliplatin Combination Chemotherapy in Advanced NSCLC Patients——Observation and Nursing Care

目的:观察吉西他滨(GEM)联合奥沙利铂(LOHP)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效、不良反应及护理。方法:35例Ⅲb期,Ⅳ期,经病理学或者细胞学确诊为非小细胞肺癌患者,采用GEM与LOHP联合化疗,GEM1250mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1天、8天,LOHP130mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天,21天为1周期,连用2周期后评价疗效及不良反应。结果:全组CR2例,PR15例,有效率48.57%,主要不良反应为白细胞及血小板减少,外周神经炎。结论:GEM联合LOHP治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效好,不良反应轻,容易耐受。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of gemcitabine(GEM)and oxaliplatin(LOHP)combination chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Thirty-five patients with advanced NSCLC diagnosed pathologically were treated with the combination chemotherapy(GEM 1250 mg/m2 on day 1.8 and LOHP 130mg/m2 on day 1).Each patient was given 2 cycles at an interval of 3 weeks,and the efficacy and toxicity were evaluated.Results:The overall response rate was 48.57%.The main toxicit...
