两种生态型芦苇胚性愈伤组织耐热性的比较

A Comparative Study on Thermotolerance in Two Ecotypes of Reed Plant

研究两种生态型芦苇沙丘芦苇和沼泽芦苇的胚性愈伤组织对高温胁迫的生理响应。结果表明,高温胁迫下,两种芦苇均表现出脱水、生长受抑、细胞活力降低、膜透性增加、MDA积累。与沼泽芦苇相比,沙丘芦苇在高温胁迫下能够保持较高的细胞活力,但生长受抑、脱水、离子渗漏和膜脂过氧化的程度显著低于沼泽芦苇。沙丘芦苇比沼泽芦苇更为耐热。

Calluses from two ecotypes of reed(Phragmites communis Trin.) plant(dune reed and swamp reed) were used to study plant acclimations to heat stress.Results showed that heat stress resulted in dehydration,growth inhibition,cell viability decrease,ion leakage and MDA accumulation in two calluses.In comparison with SR callus,DR callus maintained higher relative water content,relative growth rate,and cell viability under heat stress.Contrarily,MP and MDA content increased more in SR callus than in DR callus unde...
