摘要
研究了应用于WCDMA直放站中的基于模拟预失真技术的功率放大器。该预失真电路采用双环结构,通过二极管产生预失真信号,并利用两个可调衰减器和可调移向器来调节其幅度和相位,以此抵消功率放大器的三阶分量,改善输出信号的线性度。基于该预失真方法设计了10W功率放大器,其三阶失真分量改善了15dB,相邻信道功率比为-51dBc@40dBm。
An analog predistortion power amplifier used in WCDMA repeater is developed. This predistortion circuit is composed of two loops. The predistorted signal is generated from anti-parallel diodes, whose magnitude and phase can be adjusted by the variable attenuator and variable phase-shifter in order to cancel the third distorted components and improve linearity of the output signal.
