摘要
介绍了姜黄素的基本理论性质、生理活性、提取工艺的研究现状,对其在医药、食品、饲料工业中的应用现状做了分析,同时探讨了姜黄素在疾病控制方面的应用前景。
The development of extracting technology,physiology activity and fundamental physiological and chemical quality was summarized and the application of Curcumin in food industry and medicine trade was reviewed in this section.The application perspectives of Curcumin in the disease control was discussed too.
