采用位移-时间分析法的材料局部性能检测系统

Local Region Testing System of Material Based on Displacement-time Analysis Method

摘要 通过双孔微剪切法、传感器和MSP430F149单片机,快速方便地获得材料的屈服剪应力、最大剪应力数据.并分析了材料局部强度数据,获得材料的性能,其屈服应力平均值的分布趋势与硬度值基本相似.相比传统材料检测方法,这种微创、简便、适用范围广的检测系统是材料性能检测研究的一种创新.在数据处理方面,提出了一种新的位移-时间曲线分析方法,较以往传统的分析方法更为准确、便捷. To achieve easily and rapidly the key data of the yield shear stress and ultimate shear stress,the double-hole micro-shear,transistors and microchip machine MSP430F149 are used in the testing system.The local average strength of the material was tested,and its distribution is similar to the hardness.Because the traditional test method ruins the material seriously in industry,an easy and practical test system will be a creation in this area.In the processing of data,a new displacement-time analysis method is...
