摘要
含有Mo、Ni和Cu的扩散结合合金粉末被广泛应用于高性能的中高密度零部件中,其优良的压缩性,烧结韧性,耐疲劳性以及尺寸稳定性已得到认可。该扩散结合合金粉的特性来源于其特殊的退火工艺,该工艺可使Ni和Cu颗粒牢固地结合于Mo预合金钢粉的颗粒上,因此该扩散结合合金粉比常规预混粉有更好的化学组成均一性。近年来,通过有机粘结工艺将Ni和Cu与铁颗粒结合的强度已与扩散结合相媲美,甚至略优于扩散结合工艺。
