摘要
NdFeB磁体是当今应用最为广泛的永磁材料之一,但对于烧结NdFeB永磁体而言,当工作温度升高时,磁体中Nd和Fe的强化学活性极易引起磁体不同程度的变形和粉化,因此,烧结NdFeB永磁体虽然具有极高的磁性能,却只能在100℃以下工作,这严重影响了它的应用和发展。本文对比了当今各种提高NdFeB永磁体抗氧化性方法,权衡其利弊,提出将热浸镀铝技术应用于烧结NdFeB永磁体的防护。实验证明,在烧结NdFeB永磁体表面热浸镀铝,镀层与基体之间可形成良好的冶金结合,从本质上提高了镀层的结合强度;同时,铝镀层在氧化环境中不但能够起到阳极保护作用,还可形成钝化膜,从而实现对基体的双重保护。
