摘要
地稔(Melastoma dodecandrum Lour.)是野牡丹科匍匐状常绿亚灌木,适于酸性土壤中生长,同时耐干旱瘠薄,喜半荫且可在全日照下生长良好,花期6-10月.本研究以地稔茎段为插穗,分别用液体生根剂和荷尔蒙顿生根粉处理,放置于装有自动喷雾系统和塑料覆盖的苗床上.生根率和平均生根数随着荷尔蒙浓度的增加而增加,且在8000mg/L的IBA处理下,生根率达到100%,平均生根数达到23.8根,为对照的6.8倍.当液体生根剂(NAA)浓度从2 500mg/L减少到500mg/L时,它的平均生根数从22.4减少到8.6.在实验中,插穗生根的长度也是随着荷尔蒙处理的增加而增加,在8000mg/L的IBA处理下,总根长达到237.1mm,为对照的20.1倍.因此,地稔的茎段扦插可运用于工业生产.
