摘要
采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法、综合分析法。以北京队11名跳水运动员为研究对象,对其进行3个月以悬吊法为主的体能训练,主要针对核心稳定性、下肢爆发力、专项技术,以及悬吊法体能训练的负荷与特点进行研究,试探索跳水等技能主导类项目体能训练的新方法。结果发现,通过3个月的悬吊法体能训练,运动员的平衡能力与核心稳定能力,特别是在非稳定状态下平衡能力与核心稳定能力有很大提高,这也说明其内部肌肉和肌肉之间的协调性得到了很大改善;同时,从前后纵跳测试结果发现运动员下肢爆发力也有明显提高;所有这些能力的提高直接影响到其专项技术能力的提高。研究证明:悬吊法为主的体能训练方法是一种新的力量训练方法,尤其对跳水等技能主导类运动项目具有重要的作用。
