摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,将易建联与NBA八位优秀大前锋的竞技能力作比较。结果表明:易建联具备了成为NBA优秀大前锋的身材条件,并拥有年龄优势;上肢力量缺乏是影响其得分、篮板、失误和犯规的主要因素;易建联的得分、篮板、盖帽"三大能力"达到峰值可能出现在第5到第7个赛季。建议加强力量练习,研究优秀大前锋的打法,全面提高大前锋能力,加强自我保护,避免受伤。
By literature review and logical analysis,the athletic competence of Yi Jianlian and eight outstanding NBA power forwards is compared.The following results are drawn.Yi Jianlian shares good physical figure and enjoys the advantage of being young in age compared with the other excellent NBA power forwards,but his lack of strength in upper limb is the main reason which has lead to his low score,weak rebounds,turnovers and fouls.His "three powerful abilities" of scoring,rebound and block may reach to a peak fr...
