摘要
人工清理电解铝厂的铝水抬包,劳动强度大,效率低,为此提出一种清理铝水抬包专用铣床的运动机构。通过分析刀具参数和计算铣刀切削力确定载荷因素。利用Pro/E软件对回转体结构进行三维建模,并且运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对回转体进行结构刚度与强度分析。
To improve defects of cleaning liquid aluminum lift pot by manpower, the labor strength is big and inefficient. It is put forward a movement organ of a special milling machine, through analysising the cutter parameters and calculating the cutting force of the milling cutter, load factors is identified. The three-dimensional modeling of the rotating structure was set up by Pro/E software, and the structural stiffness and strength of the rotating was analysised by finite element analysis software.
