摘要
通过在Vturn-20数控车床上实际测量切削力并与切削力经验公式计算所得结果进行比较的方法,得出最符合实际的切削力预测模型。依据切削力预测结果估算工件受力变形误差,同时利用有限元法进行仿真计算,对比分析两者结果,求得最佳的预测值并应用到车削加工仿真中。
In this paper a cutting force forecast model in line with the actual is obtained by comparing the measuring of actual cutting force in Vturn-20 CNC lathe with the calculation of cutting force empirical formula. By using this cutting force forecast result can estimate the workpiece deformation error. Meanwhile this deformation and simulated result by finite element method(FEM) are contrastively analyzed to get the best forecasting value and apply to turning machining simulation.
