摘要
针对三自由度涂胶机器人控制系统的设计要求,设计了以TMS320F2812为核心处理器的高可靠性、高效率的控制系统。系统软件采用C语言和汇编语言混合编程的方式开发。为了提高系统资源的利用率,采用资源分时共享的并行处理技术实现多任务的并行处理。实践证明所开发的控制系统完全能够满足实际生产需要。
According to the design requirements for control system of the 3 -DOF glue -robot, high reliable, high efficient control system is designed with TMS320F2812 as the core processor. The system software is developed using mixed programming of language C and assembly language. Parallel processing technology of resources time-sharing is adopted to realize the parallel process of multitask in order to improve utilization ratio of the system resources.
