设计一个离线相位检测及调整装置,用于四偏心结晶器振动机构的预装配,使结晶器四个偏心振动机构能实现同步振动,提高设备的装配精度,减少在线调整时间。

A off-line device for phase examination and adjustment is designed. It is used for the pre-assemble in four eccentric vibrator unit of the crystallizer. Four eccentric vibrator unit on the crystallizer can be synchronization vibrate. The equipment assembly precision has be enhanced. The online time has be reduced.
