不同苦瓜品种种子发芽和苗期耐冷性差异的研究

Study on Cold-resistance of Different Bitter Gourd Cultivars in Germination and Seedling Stages

研究了8个苦瓜品种种子萌发期和幼苗苗期的耐冷性反应。试验结果表明,供试材料的发芽临界低温范围为14.2～17.3℃,低温下耐冷性鉴定温度为20℃。苦瓜耐冷性鉴定可采用20℃下发芽指数、苗期冷害指数和田间耐冷性总指数等指标。

The cold-resistance of 8 cultivars in germination and seedling stages was studied in bitter gourd(Momordica charantia L.). The result showed that the critical temperature for germination is 14.2-17.3℃, the temperature for cold resistance identification is 20℃. The germination index, cold injury index in seedling and cold resistance in the field could be as standard for identification of cold resistance.
