摘要
高校青年教师队伍的心态特点表现为:喜忧参半的独立性认知特点、色彩交织的体验性情感特点、进退共存的变动性心态特点、褒贬相随的开放性行为特点,这就要求高校加强青年教师队伍建设,强化民主参与机制、平等竞争机制、科学评价机制、常规实践机制、师德建设机制,帮助青年教师调整心态,使"职""级""优"具备应有的学术价值和社会价值。
