摘要 目的研究纳米根管封闭剂的根尖封闭能力。方法分别采用纳米氧化锌封闭剂、Cortisomol封闭剂、普通氧化锌封闭剂进行冷侧压根管充填,每组20颗,用染料渗透法和扫描电镜观察封闭剂与根管壁间的裂隙,评价其根尖封闭能力。结果纳米氧化锌(1.31±0.23mm)和Cortisomol封闭剂组(1.42±0.29mm)根尖微渗漏均低于传统氧化锌组(2.71±0.43mm)(P<0.01);纳米氧化锌组略低于Cortisomol组(P>0.05)。纳米氧化锌(6.8±2.7mm)和Cortisomol封闭剂组(7.3±2.6mm)裂隙均低于传统氧化锌组(13.9±4.1mm)(P<0.01);纳米氧化锌组裂隙略低于Cortisomol组(P>0.05)。结论纳米氧化锌封闭剂与牙胶尖侧压法根管充填能够取得良好的根尖封闭效果。 Objective To study the sealing ability of root canals filled with nano-zinc oxide sealer.Methods Sixty-four extracted first mandibular premolars were divided into three groups randomly.Three root canal sealers were used including general zinc oxide,cortisomol and nano-zinc oxide.All root canals were filled using cold lateral condensation.One half tooth of every group was dyed with Indian ink for 7 days.Dyeing lines were measured using steromicroscpe.Another half tooth of every group was cut off up 3mm apex ...
