摘要
目的通过研究河豚毒素不敏感型(tetrodotoxin-resistant,TTX-R)hNaV 1.8钠通道蛋白在三叉神经痛(trigeminal neuralgia,TN)患者痛支神经中的表达水平,探讨TN的发病机制和为TN的药物治疗提供新的靶标。方法以12例原发性TN第三支痛保守治疗无效行手术治疗患者的下牙槽神经、舌神经为研究对象,以舌颌颈联合根治术患者的正常下牙槽神经1例为阴性对照,肌肉组织1例为正常对照,鼠背根神经节为阳性对照,与制备的hNav 1.8钠通道蛋白抗体进行免疫组化反应,并对两组免疫组化结果进行定量分析,研究hNaV 1.8钠通道蛋白在TN患者患支中的表达水平。结果hNaV 1.8钠通道蛋白在TN患者患支神经中均存在表达,且痛支神经中的表达多于非痛支神经(P<0.01),而正常下牙槽神经及肌肉组织中无表达。结论hNaV 1.8钠通道蛋白在TN患者痛支中的异常表达可能与TN的发病机制有密切关系。
