摘要
目的分析老年急性脑血管病患者并发脑心综合征对其预后的影响。方法对166例患者作血清心肌酶检测,以心肌酶高低进行分组(A、B组),对心肌酶、ECG及心功能进行动态观察,并对其结果及死因进行分析。结果心肌酶:A组均有不同程度升高,死亡34例中的有25例高于正常值的数倍乃至10倍;B组均不升高。ECG:A组ECG改变率70.2%,B组为29.3%。心功能:A组心功能改变率60.6%;B组为14.5%。死因:A组死亡34例(32.7%),其中原发病6例(17.6%),脑心综合症25例(73.5%),肺部感染3例(8.8%);B组死亡6例(11.3%),其中原发病4例(66.7%),肺部感染2例(33.3%)。两组结果相比具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论老年脑心综合症患者ECG、心功能及心肌酶的异常与脑功能损伤程度呈正相关,严重影响患者的预后。
Objective To analyze the prognosis of aged patients of acute cerebrovascular disease with brain-heart syndrome.
