随着人口老龄化及影像诊断技术的飞速发展,退变性腰椎管狭窄症发病率明显升高,成为是老年人腿痛的重要原因,也是腰椎手术的常见病。在治疗上主要有手术和非手术治疗两大类。本文就退变性腰椎管狭窄症手术治疗的方法,如椎板减压、融合固定、非融合固定及微创MED等的应用进展加以综述。
