摘要
以凹凸棒石(AT)和气相白炭黑(FS)作为复合补强剂,对甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)进行填充,制备了具有优异力学性能和高耐热性能的MVQ复合材料。考察了AT和FS不同填充比例对混炼硫化胶力学性能的影响,同时通过热分析(TG、DTA)研究其耐热性能。研究结果表明:AT和FS复合填充MVQ可以显著提高复合材料的力学性能和耐热性。
By using attapulgite(AT) and fumed silica(FS) as composite reinforcing filler to reinforce methyl-vinyl silicone rubber(MVQ),a MVQ composite with perfect mechanical properties and thermal stability was prepared.The effect of various AT/FS filling ratios on the mechanical properties of vulcanizate mixture was investigated,and its thermal stability was studied by thermal analysis(TG,DTA).The results showed that the mechanical properties and thermal stability of MVQ can be remarkably improved by filling hybrid...
