摘要
本文对三种低温陶瓷结合剂的性能进行综合研究,结果发现:耐火度为775℃,流动性为110%~130%,线膨胀系数为5.79×10-6℃-1的低温陶瓷结合剂V2的综合性能优异。通过差热分析发现,在测定温度范围内结合剂V2没有明显的晶相产生。用结合剂V2制备的陶瓷结合剂CBN磨具试样在800℃烧成后,磨具试样的抗弯强度达到最佳值67.5 MPa。制备的磨盘在磨削时锋利性好,磨削中间修整次数少,磨盘的耐用度高。运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对磨削后CBN磨片的磨削面形貌进行观察,表明结合剂对磨粒黏结牢固,断面组织均匀。
