摘要
在对事业单位人事争议法律适用的前提进行整理的基础上,结合最高人民法院司法解释、劳动争议与人事争议的相互关系以及事业单位人事制度改革的现状,对事业单位人事争议法律适用问题进行分析,并提出解决这一问题的思路与建议。
Based on analysis of the application of law to personnel disputes in institutions,combined with the China s Supreme People s Court s judicial interpretation,the relationship between the personnel disputes and the labor disputes,the current status of the reform of personnel system in institutions,this article analyzes the problems of the application of the law to personnel disputes in institutions,put forward ideas and suggestions to solve those problems.
