摘要
通过对220t/h煤粉锅炉高温腐蚀防治机理的研究,将原双通道预燃室喷燃器改造为水平浓淡燃烧器,并增加侧边风以防止煤粉贴壁,实践证明效果良好,可为同类型锅炉的运行维护和燃烧器改造提供借鉴。
Through the research on prevention and control of the 220t/h powdered coal boiler high temperature corrosion,the original dual channel pre-combustion chamber muffle burner was replaced by the horizontal shade burner,and it increased the side wind to prevent the powdered coal pasting the wall.The result has been proved effective,and it can provide experience for the maintenance and modification of the similar type of boiler.
