摘要
CDM是英文CLEAN DEVELOPMENT MECHANISM(清洁发展机制)的缩写,是"京都议定书"规定的跨界进行温室气体减排三种机制之一。风力发电作为一种清洁能源,符合CDM机制的要求,因此CDM机制现已在风力发电中广泛应用。
CDM is the abbreviation of clean development mechanism,it is one of three system which is regulated to reduce the quantity of greenhouse gas between countries by procol of kyoto.Because wind power is one of cleaning energy source which is accordinated with the system of cdm,so the cdm system is apllied in wind power project.
