摘要
采用不完全双列杂交设计,对"吉853"和自选系J1、J2、J3、J4的百粒重、粒重、行数、行粒数、穗粗、穗长几个产量构成性状的一般配合力(GCA)、特殊配合力(SCA)方差及几个主要遗传参数进行分析。结果表明:J1在粒重、行数、行粒数、穗粗、穗长这几个性状上一般配合力高于"吉853",但是其特殊配合力方差在上述性状中均低于"吉853",且大部分为最低值,在育种中主要利用其一般配合力。J2、J3、J4各性状一般配合力与"吉853"相比表现不突出,但J2大部分性状的特殊配合力方差高于"吉853",在育种中主要利用其特殊配合力。
Using incomplete diallel cross design,the variance of GCA and SCA and several major genetic parameters of J853,Customize-100 kernel,grain weight,rows per ear,grains per row,ear width and ear length of J1,J2,J3 and J4 were analyzed.The results showed: GCA of J1′s main characters including grain weight,rows per ear,grains per row,ear width and ear length were better than J853,but its SCA variance was lower than J853 and most parts were the lowest.Therefore GCA of J1 was used in breeding.GCA of J2,J3 and J4 wa...
