荞麦蛋白复合物对糖尿病小鼠降血糖作用的研究

Study on the Effect of Buckwheat Protein in Lowering Blood Glucose of Diabetic Mice

采用不同剂量四氧嘧啶制备糖尿病小鼠模型,造模后测定小鼠血糖值,确定小鼠最佳四氧嘧啶腹腔注射给药量为100 mg/(kg.d)。以不同剂量的荞麦蛋白复合物灌胃糖尿病模型小鼠并检测小鼠空腹血糖及血浆胰岛素,确定荞麦蛋白复合物最佳灌胃剂量为0.534 g/(kg.d),此剂量对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用最为明显。

Using different doses of alloxan,models of diabetic mice were prepared.After modeling,blood glucose value of mice was measured and intraperitoneal injection dosage was determined to be 100 mg/(kg·d).Different doses of BWP were administrated intragastrically to the diabetic mice,and blood glucose and plasma insulin were detected.The optimal dosage was determined to be 0.534 g/(kg·d),with which blood glucose of diabetic mice was lowered most evidently.
