新的高等教育改革形势下,理性地审视高校学生社团的发展现状将发现,高校学生社团的发展存在着规划管理不善、物质条件不足、活动层次不高、创新意识不强、集体观念不够等一系列亟待解决的问题。为了有效地解决这些问题,应在系统观的科学指导下理性地建构起以建立完善的管理制度为核心、以培养优秀的社团骨干为基础、以提供充足的物质条件为保证、以激发独特的创新思想为灵魂、以引导正确的思想观念为目标的新型高校学生社团,进而现实地推动和加强高校学生社团的建设,使高校学生社团要素更全面,结构更完善,条件更完备,运行更有序,功能更彰显。
