摘要
以片状结构的高岭土、滑石、工业氧化铝为原料在1350℃×2 h的温度下合成堇青石粉体。结果表明:利用含杂质较少的片状结构的高岭土比含杂质较多的苏州土合成的堇青石粉体纯度更高,从XRD及SEM图谱中可以观察到合成的堇青石呈片状结构。针对堇青石成核困难的问题,实验中加入一定量的堇青石熟料作为晶核剂可促进堇青石的生成,使反应更加完全,并且降低了堇青石的热膨胀系数。
Cordierite powders were prepared by flake kaolin,talc and alumina as raw materials and sintered at 1350 ℃ for 2 h.The crystal structure and morphology of synthesized cordierite powers were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and TEM.It can be seen that the synthesized cordierite powers are flake structure,of high purity and better crystallization by using the flake kaolin with a small amount of impurities.The effect of the different quantities cordierite grog on the thermal expansion coefficient was stu...
