摘要
违宪审查制是确保宪法实施、维护社会稳定、建设和谐社会的重要保障。为促进我国的和谐社会建设,我们应当对我国现行的违宪审查制加以完善。
Unconstitutional review system is a kind of important guarantee in putting constitution into practice,safeguarding social stability and building harmonious society.In order to promote harmonious society construction of China,we should perfect Chinese present unconstitutional review system.
